About UsBlackwater Sailing Club is situated two miles downstream from Maldon, Essex, and enjoys magnificent views of the Blackwater Estuary from its newly rebuilt clubhouse.
The club is just 30 minutes drive from the M25 and a haven from the hustle and bustle of London.
It is a friendly family club of over 900 members with a large cruiser and dinghy membership, and a thriving cadet section.
Racing is held most weekends (tide permitting), with special events on Bank Holidays, a Club Week and Regatta in August, and a Cadet Week during the summer holidays.
A full and varied social programme runs throughout the year.
